2024 Sun Belt Conference Women's Basketball Tournament
The 2024 Sun Belt Conference women's basketball tournament was the postseason women's basketball tournament for the Sun Belt Conference during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. All tournament games were be played at Pensacola Bay Center between March 5–11. The winner, 2023–24 Marshall Thundering Herd women's basketball team, Marshall, received the Sun Belt's automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA Division I women's basketball tournament, 2024 NCAA tournament. Seeds All 14 conference teams qualified for the tournament. The top four teams received a double-bye into the quarterfinals and the top ten a bye into the second round. Kim Caldwell
Kim Caldwell () is an American college basketball coach who is currently the head coach of the Tennessee Lady Volunteers basketball, University of Tennessee Lady Volunteers. She previously served in the same role at Marshall Thundering Herd women's basketball, Marshall for one season, where she was named the Sun Belt Conference (SBC) Coach of the Year and received the Maggie Dixon Award as the top Division I rookie head coach in 2024. Prior to Marshall, Caldwell made a name for herself as coach of the Glenville State Pioneers. During her seven-year tenure there, the team won six regular season conference championships, four conference tournament championships, made six NCAA Division II women's basketball tournament, NCAA Division II Tournament appearances, and won the 2022 NCAA Division II women's basketball tournament, 2022 NCAA Division II National Championship. The 2024 Sun Belt Conference men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Sun Belt Conference during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.
