Defending champion Aryna Sabalenka defeated Zheng Qinwen in the final, 6–3, 6–2 to win the women's singles tennis title at the 2024 Australian Open. It was her second Australian Open title and second Grand Slam (tennis)#Tournaments, major singles title overall. Sabalenka List of Grand Slam related tennis records#Won a title without losing a set, did not lose a set during the tournament, and lost only 31 games in total.
