2023–24 Tainan TSG GhostHawks Season
The 2023–24 Tainan TSG GhostHawks season was the franchise's 3rd season in the T1 League. The GhostHawks were coached by Liu Meng-Chu in his third year as their head coach, with Chien Wei-Cheng as their general manager. On January 9, 2024, the GhostHawks announced that Liu Meng-Chu resigned from head coach, and named Lin Yu-Cheng, the assistant coach of the Tainan TSG GhostHawks, as their interim head coach. Raoul Korner
Raoul Korner (born April 2, 1974) is an Austrian professional basketball coach. He is the current head coach of Hamburg Towers of the German Basketball Bundesliga (BBL). Career EiffelTowers Den Bosch (2010–2013) After several years of coaching in Austria, Korner signed with the Dutch club EiffelTowers Den Bosch in July 2010. In his first season coaching Den Bosch, the team finished at the 3rd place and was defeated in the playoff semifinals. In the 2011–12 season, Korner won the Dutch Basketball League with Den Bosch, by beating Leiden 4–1 in the finals. In his third season, he won the DBL Coach of the Year award. The 2023–24 Taiwan Beer Leopards season was the franchise's 3rd season, its third season in the T1 League. On August 14, 2023, the Leopards named Michael Olson as their new head coach. On January 13, 2024, the Leopards announced to terminate contract relationship with Michael Olson, and named Chou Chun-San, the consultant of the Taiwan Beer Leopards, as their interim head coach. Samuel Deguara (born 21 June 1991) is a Maltese professional basketball player for the Tainan TSG GhostHawks of the T1 League. He is the tallest man in Italy and Malta. Professional career Beginnings in Italy Deguara began his professional career after signing a nine-year contract with Benetton Treviso, breaking through the club's youth ranks.
