The 2023–24 All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship was the 53rd staging of the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier Inter county, inter-county club hurling tournament. The draws for the respective provincial championships took place at various stages. The championship ran from 5 November 2023 to 21 January 2024. Conor Cooney
Conor Cooney (born 22 October 1992) is an Irish hurler who plays for Galway Senior Championship club St Thomas's and at inter-county level with the Galway senior hurling team. He usually lines out as a full-forward. Playing career Gort Community School Cooney first came to prominence as a hurler with Gort Community School. He played in every grade of hurling before eventually joining the school's senior team. On 8 March 2008, he won a Connacht Colleges Championship medal as a non-playing substitute following Gort's 2-16 to 0-15 defeat of Mercy Colleges in the final. After breaking onto the starting fifteen, Cooney lined out at midfield when Gort Community School faced Portumna Community School in the Connacht final on 21 March 2009. Laois Senior Hurling Championship
The Laois Senior Hurling Championship is an annual hurling competition contested by top-tier Laois GAA clubs. The Laois GAA, Laois County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association has organised it since 1888. Camross GAA
Camross GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association Hurling and Gaelic football club in County Laois, Ireland, located near to Coolrain. History Founded in 1903, the club is the most successful hurling club in County Laois and the club colours are famously black and amber. In 1957 Camross amalgamated with Killanure their parish counterparts and with amalgamation came great success. In 1957 they won Junior Championship beating St Fintans, Colt, followed with Intermediate title in 1958. Stephen O'Keeffe (born 29 April 1991) is an Irish hurler who plays for Waterford Senior Championship club Ballygunner and formerly at inter-county level with the Waterford county hurling team. He usually lines out as a goalkeeper. Playing career De La Salle College O'Keeffe first came to prominence as a hurler with De La Salle College in Waterford. He played in every grade before eventually joining the college's senior team. On 11 March 2007, he won a Harty Cup medal after lining out in goal for De La Salle's 2-07 to 0-11 defeat of St. Flannan's College. Ballygunner GAA (nicknamed "The Gunners") is a Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) club located in the parish of St Mary's Ballygunner in Waterford City, Ireland. The are the current All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship title holders. The club, which is exclusively concerned with hurling, is one of the most successful in Waterford.
