2023 K3 League
The 2023 K3 League is the third season of the K3 League as a semi-professional league and the third tier of South Korean football league system. The regular season is from 11 March to 11 November 2023. Changwon City FC is the defending champions. Competition format This year, the competition features 16 teams, with each of them playing 30 matches at the end of the season. The 15th and 16th placed team are automatically relegated to K4 League, and the 1st and 2nd from K4 League, are automatically promoted to the 2024 season, replacing the K3-relegated teams. No championship play-offs will be held in the 2023 season. 2023 K4 League
The 2023 K4 League is the third season of the K4 League as a semi-professional league and the fourth tier of South Korean football league system. The regular season is from 25 February to 11 November 2023. Goyang KH FC is the defending champions and was promoted together with Yangpyeong FC (the runner-up) and Chuncheon Citizen (play-off winner) to 2023 K3 League. Dangjin Citizen were relegated from 2022 K3 League via K3-K4 League Relegation play-off and will play in the K4 League after one season. Competition format The 2022 K4 League is contested by 17 teams, with no relegation system in place. Each team competes home and away, playing 32 games. The top two teams get promoted to the K3 League, while the third and the fourth placed teams qualify for the promotion play-off. 2022 WK League
The 2022 WK League is the 14th season of the WK League, the top division of women's football in South Korea. The regular season will run from 2 April to 27 October 2022, and the play-offs from 4 to 25 November 2022. The total amount of rounds is reduced from 28 to 21 due to the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup and the 2022 Asian Games. Teams Foreign players The total number of foreign players is restricted to three per club, including a slot for a player from the Asian Football Confederation countries. Boeun Sangmu were not allowed to sign any foreign players due to their military status. The Korea Football Association () is the governing body of football and futsal within South Korea. It sanctions professional, semi-professional and amateur football in South Korea. Founded in 1933, the governing body became affiliated with FIFA twenty years later in 1948, and the Asian Football Confederation in 1954.
