2023 Castleford Tigers Season
The 2023 season was the Castleford Tigers' 98th season in the Rugby Football League and their 16th consecutive season in the top flight of Rugby league in England, English rugby league. The club competed in the 2023 Super League season, 2023 Super League and the 2023 Challenge Cup. Lee Radford
Lee Radford (born 26 March 1979) is an English professional rugby league coach for the Castleford Tigers. He previously worked in rugby league as the head coach of Hull F.C., in the Super League, from 2013–2020. He is also a former professional rugby league footballer. As a player, he was an England international forward who played for Yorkshire, and for Hull F.C. and the Bradford Bulls in the Super League. Background Radford was born in Kingston upon Hull, Humberside, England. Playing career Radford made his professional début for hometown club Hull Sharks before moving to Bradford in 1998. Radford played for the Bradford Bulls from the interchange bench in their 2003 Super League Grand Final victory against the Wigan Warriors. Kenny Edwards (rugby League)
Kenny Edwards (born 13 September 1989) is a New Zealand professional rugby league footballer who plays as a forward for the Castleford Tigers in the Betfred Super League. He previously played for the Parramatta Eels in the NRL, and the Catalans Dragons and the Huddersfield Giants in the Super League. Edwards has also spent time on loan at Huddersfield at Castleford. Early life Edwards was born in Levin, New Zealand, and is of Māori and Cook Island descent. He played his junior football for the Levin Knights and the Pukekohe Pythons, before being signed by the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles. As a youngster, Edwards played for the Junior Kiwis. In 2007, Edwards played for the Australian Schoolboys. Jason Qareqare (; born 26 January 2004) is a Fijian professional rugby league footballer who plays as a er or for the Castleford Tigers in the Super League. He has previously played for the Midlands Hurricanes in League 1 and the Bradford Bulls in the Championship on dual registration and loan from Castleford. Background Qareqare was born in Lautoka, Fiji. As the son of a British Army soldier, he lived in Osnabrück, Germany for four years before his family relocated to Yorkshire. Craig Lingard
Craig Lingard (born 11 December 1977) is an English rugby league coach and former professional rugby league footballer who is the head coach of the Castleford Tigers in the Super League. Lingard played as a for the Batley Bulldogs in the Championship, where he is the all-time leading try scorer. He has previously been head coach of the Bramley Buffaloes. He was assistant coach to John Kear at Batley before taking on the top job at the Keighley Cougars in Betfred League 1. He returned to Batley as head coach for the 2020 season. Wakefield Trinity is a professional rugby league club in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England, that plays in the Super League. Warrington Wolves
The Warrington Wolves are a professional rugby league club based in Warrington, England, that competes in the Super League. They play rugby at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, having moved there from Wilderspool in 2004.
