2022–23 The Citadel Bulldogs Basketball Team
The 2022–23 The Citadel Bulldogs basketball team represented The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bulldogs played their home games at McAlister Field House in Charleston, South Carolina, as members of the Southern Conference. The Citadel rehired head coach Ed Conroy for his second stint as head coach at his alma mater after the 2021–22 season. This was his fifth season overall as head coach of the Bulldogs. Previous season The Bulldogs finished the season 13–18, 6–12 in SoCon play, to finish in ninth place. They defeated East Tennessee State in the first round of the SoCon tournament before losing to Chattanooga in the quarterfinals. On March 10, 2022, the school fired head coach Duggar Baucom. Ed Conroy (basketball)
Edward S. Conroy (born February 17, 1967) is an American college basketball coach who is currently serving his second stint as the head coach of The Citadel Bulldogs. He previously served as the associate head coach for the Vanderbilt Commodores and as an assistant coach for the Minnesota Golden Gophers. Conroy is a former head men's basketball coach at Tulane University, being hired in April 2010. Conroy was officially relieved of his duties as Tulane head coach on March 14, 2016. Before joining Tulane, he coached four seasons at The Citadel and three seasons at Francis Marion University. Conroy announced his return to The Citadel on March 23, 2022. Corydon, IN
Corydon is a town in Harrison Township, Harrison County, Indiana. Located north of the Ohio River in the extreme southern part of the U.S. state of Indiana, it is the seat of government for Harrison County. Oswego is a village in Kendall and Will Counties, Illinois, United States. Per the 2020 census, the population was 34,485. Oswego is the largest municipality in Kendall County. It is a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. History In 1833, William Smith Wilson, his wife Rebecca, and his brother-in-law Daniel Pearce moved to the area now known as Oswego. The land belonged to the local Potawatomi, Ottawa, and Chippewa tribes, but the United States government removed the Native Americans when the government started surveying the land along the Fox River in Kendall County.
