2022–23 Southern Utah Thunderbirds Women's Basketball Team
The 2022–23 Southern Utah Thunderbirds women's basketball team represented Southern Utah University during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Thunderbirds are led by fifth-year head coach Tracy Sanders and play their home games at America First Events Center. They are members of the Western Athletic Conference. Tracy Sanders (basketball)
Tracy Lavon "Ace" Sanders (born November 11, 1991) is a former American football wide receiver. He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played college football at South Carolina. Early years Sanders was born in Palmetto, Florida. He played high school football for Manatee High School in Bradenton. He is the son of former Florida State Seminoles safety Tracy Sanders. In addition to football, Sanders also ran track and field. He placed second in the 100 meters at the 2010 FHSAA 3A District 11 Championships, setting a career-best time of 10.98 seconds. He also competed in the long jump, he had a career-best jump of 6.95 meters. Cedar City is the largest city in Iron County, Utah, United States. It is located south of Salt Lake City, and north of Las Vegas on Interstate 15. Lower Columbia College
Lower Columbia College (LCC) is a public community college in Longview, Washington. History Lower Columbia College was established in 1934 as Lower Columbia Junior College. Students registered for classes at Korten's Music Store in Longview, Dahlman Hardware in Castle Rock, and the Orr Furniture Store in Kelso. Classes were held at R.A. Long High School. The first class to graduate with an Associate degree was in 1936; the class consisted of seven students. The second class, with ninety-six students, graduated in 1937. As the number of students increased, instruction expanded into the Myklebust building in downtown Longview and the Moose Hall. The Moose Hall continued to house classes until the 1949 Olympia earthquake, when damage caused the building to be condemned. Classes were also held on the first floor of the Longview Public Library. Herriman High School (HHS) is a public high school in Herriman, Utah, United States. It is a part of the Jordan School District and serves students from the cities of Herriman, South Jordan, and Riverton. The Utah State Aggies are a Division I women's college basketball team that plays in the Mountain West Conference, representing Utah State University. They play their home games at the Smith Spectrum. History The Aggies started play in 1972. They made the AIAW First Round in their first three years and the regionals in 1982, but they won only 18 games in the last five years of the program's first run in basketball. The women's team was shuttered from 1988 to 2002. Boise High School is a public secondary school in Boise, Idaho, one of five traditional high schools within the city limits, four of which are in the Boise School District.
