The 2022–23 season was the 119th season in the existence of Hull City Association Football Club and the club's second consecutive season in the Championship. In addition to the domestic league, they also competed in the FA Cup and the EFL Cup. George Anthony Moncur (born 18 August 1993) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Leyton Orient. The son of former West Ham United midfielder John, Moncur came through the West Ham United Academy after a spell with Tottenham Hotspur as a schoolboy. He made his professional debut in January 2012 when he joined League Two club AFC Wimbledon on loan. Tobias Pereira Figueiredo (born 2 February 1994) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a central defender for EFL Championship club Hull City. Formed at Sporting CP, where he made 30 first-team appearances, he had loans in Spain, Portugal and England before signing permanently for Nottingham Forest, where he played over 100 EFL Championship games. George Christopher Barnaby Honeyman (born 8 September 1994) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Millwall. A product of Sunderland's youth academy, Honeyman made his professional debut in February 2015.
