2022–23 Football Superleague Of Kosovo
The 2022–23 Football Superleague of Kosovo season, also known as the ALBI MALL Superleague of Kosovo () for sponsorship reasons with Albi Mall was the 24th season of top-tier football in Kosovo. The season began on 13 August 2022 and ended on 28 May 2023. A total of ten teams are competing in the league: eight teams from the 2021–22 season and two teams from the 2021–22 First Football League of Kosovo. Ballkani are the defending champions from the previous season. Teams Ten teаms will compete in the leаgue – the top eight teаms from the previous season and the two teams promoted from the Kosovo First League. The promoted teаms are Trepça '89 and Ferizaj. The Football Superleague of Kosovo (), also known as the ALBI MALL Superleague of Kosovo () for sponsorship reasons with Albi Mall, is the top level of the Football in Kosovo#Men's, Kosovar football league system. The Superleague is organized by the Football Federation of Kosovo and the division currently has a 10-team format. The clubs play each other four times during the season for a 36-match schedule. At the end of the season, the bottom two teams in the division are relegated to the second tier, First Football League of Kosovo. The Superleague ran outside FIFA and UEFA until Kosovo was admitted to both organizations, on 3 May 2016. () is an ultras group in Gjilan, Kosovo. Founded in January, 1998, Intelektualët are one of the major football fan groups in Kosovo and one of the largest in Southeast Europe. One thing that distinguishes this group is that they support all sports clubs named Drita in Gjilan. History Drita in the 1997–98 championship was great wherever in Kosovo and in many sporting games. In the Gjilan Derby the board succumbed and after many debates the name Intelektualët (Intellectuals) was assigned because most of the players except they played were also writers, poets, politicians and so on. The Intellectuals are the biggest ultras group in Kosovo, with many transfers outside Gjilan. Suva Reka ( sr-Cyrl, Сува Река) or Suharekë () or Therandë () is a town and municipality located in the Prizren district of central-southern Kosovo.
