2022 Queen's Club Championships – Singles
Defending champion Matteo Berrettini defeated Filip Krajinović in the final, 7–5, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Queen's Club Championships and successfully defend his title. By winning his fourth title on Grass court, grass and seventh career ATP Tour singles title overall, Berrettini became the first player in the Open era, Open Era to claim the title in their first two appearances at the tournament. Krajinović had never earned a tour-level win on grass before the tournament and was contesting for his first career title in his fifth final. Matteo Berrettini
Matteo Berrettini (; born 12 April 1996) is an Italian professional tennis player. He has been ranked as high as world No. 6 in singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), which he achieved in January 2022, and world No. 105 in doubles achieved on July 2019. Berrettini has won seven ATP Tour singles titles and two doubles titles, and produced his best major performance by reaching the singles final of the 2021 Wimbledon Championships. He has also reached the quarterfinals or better at all four majors, being the first man born in the 1990s and the first Italian man to achieve the feat. Jenson Tyler "J. T." Brooksby (born October 26, 2000) is an American professional tennis player. He reached a career-high singles ATP rankings, ranking of world No. 33 on 13 June 2022. Grigor Dimitrov
Grigor Dimitrov ( bg, Григор Димитров, ; born 16 May 1991) is a Bulgarian professional tennis player. Paul Jubb (born 31 October 1999) is a British tennis player. Jubb has a career high Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) singles ranking of 196, which he achieved on the 12th of September 2022. Early years At the age of four Jubb was spotted playing tennis at Pelican Park near his home in Hull. He was spotted by tennis coach Jonny Carmichael. Carmichael coached Jubb into his teenage years where he trained at the LTA-accredited Nuffield Health Tennis Academy in Hull.
