2022 Grand Prix De Wallonie
The 2022 Grand Prix de Wallonie was the 62nd edition of the Grand Prix de Wallonie road cycling one day race, which was held on 14 September 2022 as part of the 2022 UCI ProSeries calendar. Teams Eight of the 19 UCI WorldTeams, seven UCI ProTeams, and five UCI Continental teams made up the twenty teams that participated in the race. All but three teams entered a full squad of seven riders; these three teams were , , and they each entered six riders. In total, 137 riders started the race, of which 133 finished. 2022 UCI Europe Tour
The 2022 UCI Europe Tour was the eighteenth season of the UCI Europe Tour. The 2022 season began on 23 January 2022 with the Trofeo Luis Puig, Clàssica Comunitat Valenciana 1969, and concluded on 16 October 2022 with the Chrono des Nations and the Veneto Classic. Throughout the season, points are awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determines how many points are awarded to the top finishers, the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points are awarded. Warren Barguil (; born 28 October 1991) is a French cyclist, who rides for UCI ProTeam . He is best known for winning two mountain stages and the mountains classification of the 2017 Tour de France. Jasper Philipsen (born 2 March 1998) is a Belgian professional cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam . Career In July 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Tour de France. The 2022 UCI ProSeries is the third season of the UCI ProSeries, the second tier road cycling tour, below the UCI World Tour, but above the various regional UCI Continental Circuits.
