2021–22 San Jose State Spartans Men's Basketball Team
The 2021–22 San Jose State Spartans men's basketball team represented San Jose State University in the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. They were led by first-year head coach Tim Miles and played their games at Provident Credit Union Event Center as members of the Mountain West Conference. They finished the season 8–23, 1–17 in MWC play to finish in last place. They lost to Fresno State in the first round of the MWC tournament. Previous season In a season limited due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Spartans finished the 2020–21 season 7–24, 3–15 in Mountain West play to finish in 10th place. Tim Miles
Timothy Sean Miles (born August 20, 1966) is an American college basketball coach who is the current head coach of the San Jose State Spartans men's basketball team. Miles previously served as the head coach of North Dakota State University, Colorado State University and the University of Nebraska. Miles is a graduate of the University of Mary. Coaching career Early career Following his playing career at the University of Mary, Miles spent five seasons as an assistant coach at Northern State University, where the Wolves went to four NAIA II national tournaments and two national championship games. In 1995, Miles left to accept his first head coaching job at NAIA II Mayville State. In both his seasons at Mayville State, Miles led the Comets to NDCAC Championships and the NAIA II National Tournament. Saly (also called Sali or Saly Portudal) is a seaside resort area in Thiès Region on the Petite Côte of Senegal, south of Dakar. It is the top tourist destination in all of West Africa and has the status of a commune. Ole Miss Rebels Men's Basketball
The Ole Miss Rebels men's basketball team represents the University of Mississippi in the sport of basketball. The Rebels compete in the NCAA Division I and the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They started the 2015–16 season playing home games at Tad Smith Coliseum on the university's Oxford campus, but played their final game in that facility on December 22, 2015. Victorville is a city in Victor Valley in San Bernardino County, California. Its population as of the 2020 census was 134,810. History In 1858, Aaron G. Lane came to what is now known as Victorville and founded a waystation called "Lane's Crossing." For many years it provided shelter and supplies for people journeying across the desert from the east to San Bernardino. Lane's Crossing was on the Mojave River on today's Turner Road, two miles north of where Interstate 15 crosses the river. Lane was a veteran of the Mexican–American War who had had malaria during that war. The Texas State Bobcats men's basketball team is the basketball team that represents Texas State University. The school's team currently competes in the Sun Belt Conference.
