2021–22 Northern Arizona Lumberjacks Men's Basketball Team
The 2021–22 Northern Arizona Lumberjacks men's basketball team represented Northern Arizona University in the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Lumberjacks were led by third-year head coach Shane Burcar, and played their home games at the Rolle Activity Center in Flagstaff, Arizona as members of the Big Sky Conference. They finished the season 9–23, 5–15 in Big Sky play to finish in a tie for last place. As the No. 11 seed in the Big Sky tournament, they lost to Eastern Washington in the first round. Previous season In a season limited due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Lumberjacks finished the 2020–21 season 6–16 overall, 4–10 in Big Sky play to finish in a tie for 10th place. Shane Burcar
Shane Burcar is the current head coach of the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks men's basketball team. Coaching career Burcar began his coaching in the high school ranks, highlighted by a 12-year tenure as the head boys basketball coach at Mesa High School, where he compiled a 277–110 overall record with seven regular-season regional titles, and an Arizona Division I state title in 2016. In 2018, he joined Jack Murphy's staff at Northern Arizona. Santa Clara Broncos Men's Basketball
The Santa Clara Broncos men's basketball team represents Santa Clara University in NCAA Division I basketball competition. The team plays home games at the Leavey Center in Santa Clara, California and have been members of the West Coast Conference since its formation in 1952. The team is currently coached by Herb Sendek, who had previously been the head coach at NC State and Arizona State. Sendek was hired on March 29, 2016. Oak Park is an unincorporated community in Ventura County, California, United States. When developed in the Simi Hills in the late 1960s, a single road provided the only access to the community from Agoura Hills, California, in neighboring Los Angeles County. The Virginia Tech Hokies men's basketball team is an NCAA Division I college basketball team competing in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Northern State Wolves
The Northern State Wolves are the athletic teams that represent Northern State University, located in Aberdeen, South Dakota, U.S., in NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports. The Wolves compete as members of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference for all 13 varsity sports. Northern State has been a member of the conference since 1978, and they also have the fifth-smallest enrollment of the 16 member schools. The Pacific Tigers men's basketball team represents the University of the Pacific (United States), University of the Pacific. They are an NCAA Division I member, part of the West Coast Conference. Folsom is a city in Sacramento County, California, United States. It is commonly known for Folsom State Prison, the song "Folsom Prison Blues" by Johnny Cash, as well as for Folsom Lake. The Loyola Marymount Lions men's basketball team represents Loyola Marymount University in men’s college basketball. The team currently competes in the West Coast Conference. The team has played its home game at Gersten Pavilion since 1981.
