2021–22 Accrington Stanley F.C. Season
The 2021–22 season was Accrington Stanley's 53rd year in their history and fourth consecutive season in League One. Along with the league, the club also competed in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the EFL Trophy. The season covers the period from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. Accrington is a town in the Hyndburn borough of Lancashire, England. It lies about east of Blackburn, west of Burnley, east of Preston, north of Manchester and is situated on the culverted River Hyndburn. Commonly abbreviated by locals to "Accy", the town has a population of 35,456 according to the 2011 census. Accrington is a former centre of the cotton and textile machinery industries. Bradford is a city status in the United Kingdom, city and the administrative centre of the City of Bradford district in West Yorkshire, England. Andy Cook (footballer, Born 1990)
Andrew Ellis Cook (born 18 October 1990) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for League Two club Bradford City. He started his professional career with Carlisle United in the Football League in 2009, and found himself on the fringes of the first team but instead he spent numerous loan spells with Workington and Barrow where he featured regularly. He departed Carlisle in 2011 to join Barrow having failed to make an appearance in United's first team and in June 2012 he moved again joining Grimsby Town. Warrington
Warrington () is a town and unparished area in the borough of the same name in the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England, on the banks of the River Mersey. It is east of Liverpool, and west of Manchester. Jamie Thomas (footballer, Born 1997)
Jamie Carl Thomas (born 10 January 1997), is an English-born Welsh footballer who plays for Bamber Bridge. He has also represented Wales internationally at under-19 level. Club career Born in Blackpool, Lancashire, Thomas started his career with local club Blackpool where he spent eight years before transferring to Bolton Wanderers to start his two-year scholarship. In his first year scholar, playing in the under 18 Premier League, Thomas scored 17 goals and in his second year scholar he scored 15 goals. Squires Gate, Blackpool
Squires Gate is a district and an electoral ward in South Shore, Blackpool on the Fylde coast in the county of Lancashire, England. It is located at the south of the town near the boundary with Lytham St Annes. The population of the ward taken at the 2011 census was 6,437. One of the most significant sites at Squires gate was the holiday camp. Originally called Squires Gate camp, it became a Pontins holiday centre, but closed in October 2009 for a housing development. Prior to becoming a holiday camp, the camp was used as a military base during World War II. Blackpool Airport is in Squires Gate, and the district also has a small railway station on the Blackpool South to Preston branch line. Joel Ngebany Mumbongo (born 9 January 1999) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a striker for Scottish League One side Dumbarton. Early life Mumbongo was born in Gothenburg, Sweden to parents of Congolese descent, Jonathan and Marie. He has a younger sister, Charité, who plays handball for the Sweden national team. Harry David Balraj Pell (born 21 October 1991) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for League Two club AFC Wimbledon. Pell came through the youth system at Charlton Athletic where he spent 12 years. He spent time on loan at Hastings United in 2010, before moving to Bristol Rovers. Demetri Kareem Mitchell (born 11 January 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a left-back or as a winger for EFL League One club Exeter City. Clitheroe () is a town and civil parish in the Borough of Ribble Valley, Lancashire, England; it is located north-west of Manchester.
