2021 Team BikeExchange (men's Team) Season
The 2021 season for the team was the team's 10th season in existence, all of which have been as a UCI WorldTeam. Ahead of the season, Scott Sports, one of the co-title sponsors from the previous season, was dropped as the team switched to Bianchi Bicycles, though Bianchi did not become a title sponsor. Additionally, Mitchelton Wines, a brand owned by team owner Gerry Ryan, was also dropped from co-title sponsor after three years. It was replaced by Australian cycling retailer BikeExchange, another Ryan brand which had previously been co-title sponsor for the 2016 season and which became the sole title sponsor. 2021 Tour Of Slovenia
The 2021 Tour of Slovenia ( sl, Dirka po Sloveniji) was the 27th edition of the Tour of Slovenia stage race that was held from 9 to 13 June 2021. The 2.Pro-category race was initially scheduled to be a part of the inaugural edition of the UCI ProSeries, but after the 2020 edition was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it made its UCI ProSeries debut in 2021, while also still being a part of the 2021 UCI Europe Tour. This was second time Tour of Slovenia was participated by Tour de France winner, 2011 by Carlos Sastre and in 2021 by Tadej Pogačar. The race was won for the first time by Tadej Pogačar of . Pogačar first took the lead when he attacked on the climb of Svetina, the penultimate climb on stage 2. He proceeded to extend his lead to more than a minute on the way to the finish in Celje. Hans Jacob Bauer (born 7 April 1985) is a New Zealand professional road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Bauer turned professional in 2010. For the 2023 season Bauer will ride for new team . Early life Bauer was raised in a remote area of New Zealand called Parapara near the township of Tākaka in Golden Bay. In 2003, Bauer began his tertiary studies at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand whilst residing at Aquinas College in his first year. He was a nationally ranked mountain biker at the time. Whilst there, he was also often seen around the Dunedin Music scene playing his bass guitar in a band called Dream Farm. Amund Grøndahl Jansen (born 11 February 1994) is a Norwegian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Michael Hepburn (born 17 August 1991) is an Australian track and road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . He is a two-time Olympics silver medalist. From Brisbane, Hepburn started competitively cycling at 14 years of age after making the change from triathlons. Lucas Hamilton
Lucas Hamilton (born 12 February 1996) is an Australian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Hamilton qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and rode in the Men's Road Race. The men's road racers had a tough time in the conditions and he finished 71st. Early years Hamilton began cycling as a 12-years-old with the Ararat and Districts Cycling Club in Victoria. Kaden Groves (born 23 December 1998) is an Australian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career Groves was the 2016 winner of the junior race at the Australian National Road Race Championships. In 2017, Groves finished runner-up in the prologue stage of the Tour de Kumano. Tsgabu Gebremaryam Grmay ( ti, ጽጋቡ ገብረማርያም ግርማይ; born 25 August 1991) is an Ethiopian professional road cyclist from Tigray, who rides for UCI WorldTeam . Alexander Edmondson (born 22 December 1993) is an Australian road and track cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Edmondson was a member of the Australian Olympic Track Cycling team at the 2012 London Olympics, alongside his sister, Annette Edmondson. In 2014 he was world champion in the individual pursuit.
