2021 Budapest Formula 3 Round
The 2021 Budapest Formula 3 round was the fourth round of the 2021 FIA Formula 3 Championship. It took place at the Hungaroring and featured three races on the 31 July and 1 August in support of the 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix. Classification Qualifying Sprint Race 1 ; Notes * – Lorenzo Colombo originally finished the race in first, but due to him having driven more than ten car lengths behind the Safety Car prior to the car turning its lights out for the restart he received a five-second penalty, demoting him to seventh. * – Arthur Leclerc was given a three-place grid penalty for the first race after causing a collision with Victor Martins and Clément Novalak at the previous race. * – Frederik Vesti was given a three-place grid penalty for the first race after driving unnecessarily slowly between turns 12 and 14 in qualifying. Lorenzo Colombo (racing Driver)
Lorenzo Colombo (born 13 September 2000) is an Italians, Italian racing driver currently competing for Prema Powerteam, Prema Orlen Team in the 2022 FIA World Endurance Championship, FIA World Endurance Championship. He previously raced in the 2021 FIA Formula 3 Championship with Campos Racing. 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix
The 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix (officially known as the Formula 1 Rolex Magyar Nagydíj 2021) was a Formula One motor race held on 1 August 2021 at the Hungaroring in Mogyoród, Hungary. It was the eleventh round of the 2021 Formula One World Championship. The race was won by Esteban Ocon for Alpine-Renault. The win was Ocon's first in Formula One, the first win for the Enstone-based team since the 2013 Australian Grand Prix, and the first win for a Renault-badged engine since the 2014 Belgian Grand Prix, with Hamilton and Carlos Sainz Jr. completing the podium after Sebastian Vettel was disqualified from second. HWA Team
HWA Team, also known as HWA RACELAB, is the auto racing team of HWA AG, a German company based in Affalterbach, that also develops and builds vehicles and components for Mercedes-AMG race cars. It is named after founder Hans-Werner Aufrecht. History HWA was responsible for managing the AMG Mercedes team in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM). HWA AG was founded in 1999, and takes its name from Hans-Werner Aufrecht, who established AMG in 1967. Towards the end of 1998 Aufrecht sold a majority interest in AMG to DaimlerChrysler AG. As part of the process, the motor racing department and parts of the customised vehicles construction business were spun off and transferred to HWA AG. Jonny Edgar (born 13 February 2004) is an English racing driver currently set to race in the 2023 FIA Formula 3 Championship for MP Motorsport. He is a member of the Red Bull Junior Team and is the 2020 ADAC Formula 4 champion. Career Karting Born in Whitehaven, Edgar started his career in 2012, being in the fourth generation of Edgars to practice motor racing. Edgar began his karting career with Fusion Motorsport in Britain, finishing second in the Super 1 National Championship just three years after his debut. He also won the SKUSA SuperNationals that year, driving for Team Benik. Oliver "Olli" Caldwell (born 11 June 2002) is a British racing driver who is competing for Alpine in the FIA World Endurance Championship. He is a race winner in the FIA Formula 3, Formula Regional European, Italian F4 and ADAC Formula 4 championships and was a member of the Alpine Academy. Career Karting Caldwell was born in Hampshire, and began karting in 2013 at the age of eleven. Frederik Vesti (born 13 January 2002) is a Danish racing driver who is set to compete in the FIA Formula 2 Championship with Prema Racing. He is a member of the Mercedes Junior Team and the inaugural champion of the Formula Regional European Championship. ART Grand Prix is a French motor racing team that competes in formula single-seaters in Europe. In 2012, it competed in the GP2 Series and GP3 Series as Lotus GP to reflect sponsorship from British sports and racing car manufacturer Lotus. The team competed as Lotus ART in 2011. Clément Novalak (born 23 December 2000) is a French- Swiss racing driver set to race for Trident in the 2023 Formula 2 Championship, having previously drove for MP Motorsport. Trident Racing is a motor racing team that competes in single-seater formula racing. It was founded in 2006 in order to compete in the GP2 championship, which was Europe's second highest-ranking single-seater formula below Formula One.
