The 2021 Arab Women's Cup ( ar, كأس العرب للسيدات 2021) was the second edition of the Arab Women's Cup for national women's football teams affiliated with the Union of Arab Football Associations (UAFA). The tournament was hosted by Egypt between 24 August and 6 September 2021. Hosts Egypt lost to eventual winners Jordan in the semi-finals. Jordan beat Tunisia 1–0 in the final. Goal difference, goal differential or points difference is a form of tiebreaker used to rank sport teams which finish on equal points in a league competition. Either "goal difference" or "points difference" is used, depending on whether matches are scored by goals (as in ice hockey and association football) or by points (as in rugby union and basketball). Doumouh Ibrahim Al Bakkar ( ar, دموع ابراهيم البقار; born 7 April 1990) is a Lebanese football referee who officiates primarily in the Lebanese Women's Football League. Starting out as a player and coach, Al Bakkar became a referee in 2014. In addition to women's matches, she has also officiated men's matches domestically, at both senior and youth level.
