2020–21 Ole Miss Rebels Men's Basketball Team
The 2020–21 Ole Miss Rebels men's basketball team represented the University of Mississippi in the 2020–21 NCAA Division I men's basketball season, their 111th basketball season. The Rebels were led by third-year head coach, Kermit Davis. The Rebels played their games at The Pavilion at Ole Miss in Oxford, Mississippi as members of the Southeastern Conference. They finished the season 16-12, 10-8 to finish in 6th place. They defeated South Carolina in the second round in the SEC Tournament before losing in the quarterfinals to LSU. Kermit Davis
John Kermit Davis Jr. (born December 14, 1959) is an American college basketball coach for the Ole Miss Rebels men's basketball, Ole Miss Rebels. Davis was previously the head coach at Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders men's basketball, Middle Tennessee. His head coaching experience also includes brief stops at Idaho Vandals men's basketball, Idaho (twice) and Texas A&M Aggies men's basketball, Texas A&M. Early life and family Davis's father, Kermit Sr., was the head coach at Mississippi State Bulldogs basketball, Mississippi State University for seven seasons, ending in 1977. The Iowa State Cyclones men's basketball team represents Iowa State University (ISU) and competes in the Big 12 Conference of NCAA Division I. The Cyclones play their home games at Hilton Coliseum on Iowa State's campus. History Early years (1908–1980) From 1907 to 1928, the Cyclones played in the Missouri Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Association, managing a few winning records in-conference but no championships. Romello Da'Quan White (born May 9, 1998) is an American professional basketball player for Karditsa of the Greek Basket League. He played college basketball for the Arizona State Sun Devils and the Ole Miss Rebels. High school career White attended Wheeler High School. He developed a relationship with former NBA player Jerry Stackhouse in high school, and Stackhouse became his mentor. White originally signed with Georgia Tech, but reconsidered after coach Brian Gregory was fired. The Florida Gulf Coast Eagles men's basketball team is the men's basketball team that represents Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida, United States. The school's team currently competes in the ASUN Conference. In 2002, Florida Gulf Coast became an independent member of NCAA Division II. Northwest Mississippi Community College
Northwest Mississippi Community College is a public community college in Senatobia, Mississippi. It was founded in 1928. As of August 2008, Northwest's enrollment exceeds 7,100 students. There are approximately 3,000 students on the Senatobia campus—1,100 of which reside in the college's residence halls.
