2020–21 Michigan Wolverines Men's Ice Hockey Season
The 2020–21 Michigan Wolverines men's hockey team was the Wolverines' 99th season. They represented the University of Michigan in the 2020–21 NCAA Division I men's ice hockey season. The team was coached by Mel Pearson, in his fourth year as head coach, and played their home games at Yost Ice Arena. The Wolverines received an at-large bid to the 2021 NCAA Tournament, however, they were removed from the tournament due to positive COVID-19 test results within the program. Previous season During the 2019–20 ice hockey season, Michigan went 18–14–4, including 11–10–3–2 in Big Ten play in a shortened season that was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Season As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the entire college ice hockey season was delayed. Because the NCAA had previously announced that all winter sports athletes would retain whatever eligibility they possessed through at least the following year, none of North Dakota's players would lose a season of ...

The Michigan Wolverines men's ice hockey team is the college ice hockey team that represents the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Earning varsity status in 1922, the program has competed in 100 seasons. William Lockwood (ice Hockey)
William Lockwood (born June 20, 1998) is an American professional ice hockey right winger for the Charlotte Checkers of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect to the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League (NHL). He played college ice hockey for the University of Michigan. Lockwood was selected by the Vancouver Canucks in the third round, 64th overall, in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career While playing for the US National Team Development Program during the 2015-16 season, Lockwood recorded 16 goals and 39 points in 79 games before he was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in the NHL Entry Draft. Brendan Brisson
Brendan Brisson (born October 22, 2001) is an American ice hockey center for the Henderson Silver Knights of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect for the Vegas Golden Knights of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted 29th overall by the Golden Knights in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. Brendan is the son of NHL agent Pat Brisson. Early life Brisson played youth hockey for the Los Angeles Jr. Kings and then played Prep hockey for Shattuck-Saint Mary's in Faribault, Minnesota. The 2020 NHL Entry Draft was the 58th NHL Entry Draft, held from October 6–7, 2020. The draft was originally scheduled for June 26–27, 2020, at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, but was postponed on March 25, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Matthew Beniers (; born November 5, 2002) is an American professional ice hockey center for the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League (NHL). The Tulsa Oilers are a professional ice hockey team based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and play in the ECHL.
