The women's team pursuit competition at the 2020 UEC European Track Championships was held on 11 and 12 November 2020. Results Qualifying All teams advanced to the first round. First round First round heats were held as follows: Heat 1: 1st v 4th fastest Heat 2: 2nd v 3rd fastest The winners of each heat proceeded to the gold medal race. The remaining two teams proceeded to the bronze medal race. Kolodruma
Kolodruma ( bg, Колодрума) is a velodrome and a multifunctional indoor arena located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It has a seating capacity of 4,800 to 7,500 spectators depending on its use. It is built on the place of the former track cycling velodrome in Plovdiv and currently is the only indoor velodrome in Bulgaria. Besides cycling events the arena can host additional 22 types of sports and can serve as concert's hall. The complex has also underground parking facility for 300 vehicles, a modern press centre, dressing rooms, coaching facilities, a sports-recreational centre, restaurants and a large commercial centre for a wide variety of sports merchandise and kit. Construction The architect of the project is the Dutch Sander Douma, who has previously created the largest-known velodromes in Europe, notably the facilities in Athens, Monte Carlo, Palma de Majorca, and Manchester amongst others. Laura Fiora Rodríguez Riccomini (April 1, 1957 – July 18, 1992) was a Chilean political activist from the Humanist Party. Eukene Larrarte
Eukene Larrarte (born 13 September 1998) is a Spanish cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team . She initially played football, before switching to compete in cycling and joined the local team ''Gipuzkoa Ogi Berri.'' In 2016, Larrarte won her first Spanish championship title, when she won the team pursuit together with Ane Iriarte, Ziortza Isasi and Irene Usabiaga. In 2017 she won the national Madison championship with Leire Olaberria, followed by successive titles in 2018 and 2019 with Tania Calvo. She also won the 2019 Spanish omnium championships. The 2020 UEC European Track Championships was the eleventh edition of the elite UEC European Track Championships in track cycling and took place at the Kolodruma in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, between 11 and 15 November 2020. The event was organised by the European Cycling Union. All European champions are awarded the UEC European Champion jersey which may be worn by the champion throughout the year when competing in the same event at other competitions.
