2020 Tour Du Rwanda
The 2020 Tour du Rwanda was a road cycling stage race that took place in Rwanda between 23 February and 1 March 2020. The race was rated as a 2.1 event as part of the 2020 UCI Africa Tour, and was the 23rd edition of the Tour du Rwanda. Natnael Tesfatsion, riding for the Eritrean national team, won the race by almost a minute ahead of Rwandan rider Moise Mugisha of the . Swiss rider Patrick Schelling of originally finished third, but it was revealed in September 2020 that he had tested positive for use of terbutaline, an unauthorized asthma drug, on stage 2 on 24 February. As a result of the 'non-intentional anti-doping rule violation,' Schelling was stripped of his results from this race and was handed a four-month suspension that retroactively began on 18 May 2020. Due to Schelling's suspension, South African rider Kent Main of was elevated to third place. 2020 UCI Africa Tour
The 2020 UCI Africa Tour was the 16th season of the UCI Africa Tour. The season began on 25 October 2019 with the Tour du Faso and ended on 1 March 2020. The points leader, based on the cumulative results of previous races, wears the UCI Africa Tour cycling jersey. Throughout the season, points are awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determines how many points are awarded to the top finishers: the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points are awarded. Rubavu
Rubavu District is one of the seven districts of the country district (''akarere'') in Western Province, Rwanda. Its capital is Gisenyi, It has a large beach resort and border city. Jhonatan Restrepo Valencia (born November 28, 1994) is a Colombian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team . Rusizi (district)
Rusizi is a district (''akarere'') in Western Province, Rwanda. Its capital is Cyangugu, the major city of the Rwandan south-west and the district contains large parts of the former Cyangugu Province. Geography, flora and fauna The district lies at the southern end of Lake Kivu, where it empties into the Rusizi River (after which the district is named). Rusizi's capital, Cyangugu, is one of the three major Rwandan lake ports of Lake Kivu (along with Kibuye and Gisenyi) and it contiguous with the much larger Congolese city of Bukavu. Huye (district)
Huye is one of the eight districts (''Akarere'') that make up Rwanda's Southern Province. It has a total surface area of 581.5 square Kilometers. It has thirteen sectors and 77 cells with a total of 508 umudugudus (villages) in total. The district has a population of 328,298, with an average of 581 inhabitants per square kilometer. The largest city in the province is Butare. Geography and education Huye borders with Nyanza district in the North, Gisagara in the east and south, Nyaruguru in the south west and Nyamagabe in the north west.
