The 2020 season was the San Jose Earthquakes' 38th year of existence, their 23rd season in Major League Soccer and their 13th consecutive season in the top-flight of American soccer. San Jose Earthquakes
The San Jose Earthquakes are an American professional soccer team based in San Jose, California. The Earthquakes compete as a member club of the Western Conference of Major League Soccer (MLS). Originally as the San Jose Clash, the franchise began play in 1996 as one of the charter members of the league. The Earthquakes took part in the first game in MLS history, defeating D.C. United 1–0. The Earthquakes have won two MLS Cup titles (2001, 2003) and two Supporters' Shields (2005, 2012). In 2002, the team played in its first CONCACAF Champions Cup (now called the CONCACAF Champions League), making it to the quarterfinals. The team holds a fierce rivalry with the LA Galaxy known as the ''California Clásico''. Magnus Eriksson (footballer, Born 1990)
Magnus Lennart Eriksson (born 8 April 1990) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Djurgårdens IF in Allsvenskan. Club career AIK Eriksson started his career in the academy at AIK. He was promoted to the first team in 2006 under the management of Rikard Norling. However Eriksson never appeared competitively for the club. After two seasons in 2006 and 2007 without any league appearances Eriksson was sent on loan to two geographically close clubs Akropolis IF, then in Division 2 and FC Väsby United then in Superettan. During these two loan spells Eriksson finally acquired playing time in league football. Väsby United eventually made the loan spell permanent in 2009. Eriksson spent an additional two seasons at the club. He scored 11 goals in 29 matches for the club during the 2010 Superettan season. Club de Fútbol Inter Playa del Carmen is a Mexican football club that plays in the Liga Premier. The club is based in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. History Inter Playa del Carmen was founded in 1999 by an agreement between local businessmen and the municipal government. The team participated in the Third Division from 1999 to 2003, when it was champion of the Torneo Clausura, which allowed it to be promoted to the Second Division. Siad Haji
Abdulkadir Abdi "Siad" Haji (born 1 December 1999) is a Somali professional footballer who plays as a winger for USL Championship club FC Tulsa. Born a Somali refugee in Kenya and a former United States youth international, he plays for the Somalia national team. Early life Haji was born in a Kenyan refugee camp, his parents having fled Somalia. In 2004, they moved to New Hampshire. Eric Santana Calvillo Ramirez (born 2 January 1998) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for USL Championship club El Paso Locomotive. Born in the United States, he represents the El Salvador national team. Club career New York Cosmos Calvillo signed with the New York Cosmos on January 15, 2016. John "Jack" Skahan (born February 7, 1998) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Major League Soccer club San Jose Earthquakes. Career Youth, College & Amateur Skahan played with the Philadelphia Union academy, and later as an amateur player in the National Premier Soccer League with Memphis City FC. A derrick is a lifting device composed at minimum of one guyed mast, as in a gin pole, which may be articulated over a load by adjusting its guys. Most derricks have at least two components, either a guyed mast or self-supporting tower, and a boom hinged at its base to provide articulation, as in a ''stiffleg'' derrick. The most basic type of derrick is controlled by three or four lines connected to the top of the mast, which allow it both to move laterally and cant up and down. To lift a load, a separate line runs up and over the mast with a hook on its free end, as with a crane. Forms of derricks are commonly found aboard ships and at docking facilities.
