2020 Montana Grizzlies Football Team
The 2020 Montana Grizzlies football team represented the University of Montana in the 2020–21 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Grizzlies were led by head coach Bobby Hauck, in the third season of his current stint and the tenth overall season leading the team, as he previously was head coach from 2003 to 2009. They played their home games on campus at Washington–Grizzly Stadium in Missoula, Montana as a charter member of the Big Sky Conference. Bobby Hauck
Robert Lawrence Hauck (born June 14, 1964) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach at the University of Montana, a position he held from 2003 to 2009 and resumed before the 2018 season. Hauck was also the head football coach at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) from 2010 to 2014. During his first stint as head coach at Montana, Hauck led the Grizzlies to seven Big Sky Conference titles and postseason berths in as many seasons, including three national championship game appearances. In 2013, following three losing seasons at UNLV, Hauck led the Rebels to their first winning season since 2000 only to backslide to 2-11 the following season leading to a buyout of his remaining contract and a negotiated resignation. Timm Rosenbach
Timm Lane Rosenbach (born October 27, 1966) is an American college football coach and former professional gridiron football player. Rosenbach was the head football coach at Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado, taking the position at the Division II school in December 2014 and remaining there until he resigned in December 2017 to become the offensive coordinator at Montana. He played from 1989 until 1995 in the National Football League (NFL) and the Canadian Football League (CFL). Rosenbach attended Washington State University and was selected in the first round of the 1989 NFL supplemental draft. Rosenbach became a coach after his retirement from the NFL, and he was hired in 1999 by NAIA school St. Ambrose University to be its quarterbacks coach. He has since gone on to work at other schools, including spending four years at his alma mater as its quarterbacks coach. The 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season, part of college football in the United States, was organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) level. The Big Sky Conference (BSC) is a collegiate athletic conference affiliated with the NCAA's Division I with football competing in the Football Championship Subdivision. Member institutions are located in the western United States in the eight states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
