2020 Malmö FF Season
The 2020 season is Malmö FF's 109th in existence, their 85th season in Allsvenskan and their 20th consecutive season in the league. They are competing in Allsvenskan, the 2019–20 Svenska Cupen where they finished as runners-up, the 2020–21 Svenska Cupen, the 2019–20 UEFA Europa League where they were knocked out in the round of 32, and the 2020–21 UEFA Europa League where they were knocked out in the play-off round. The season began with the first leg of the round of 32 of the UEFA Europa League on 20 February, league play started on 15 June and is scheduled to conclude on 6 December. The season has been heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, delaying the start of Allsvenskan from April until June, and the knock-out stage of Svenska Cupen from March and April until June and July. Malmö FF
Malmö Fotbollförening, commonly known as Malmö FF, Malmö, or MFF, is a professional football club and the most successful football club in Sweden in terms of trophies won. Formed in 1910 and affiliated with the Scania Football Association, Malmö FF is based at Eleda Stadion in Malmö, Scania. The club has won a record 22 Swedish championship titles and the most national cup titles with 15. Malmö FF won its first Championship in 1944. The powerhouse of Swedish football in recent years, Malmö FF also saw glory in the 1970s, winning five Swedish championships and four Svenska Cupen titles. Uwe Rösler
Uwe Rösler (; born 15 November 1968) is a German football manager and former professional footballer. As a player he was a centre forward, notably playing in the Premier League for Manchester City, where he was the leading goalscorer for three consecutive seasons from 1994-95 to 1996-97, and in the Bundesliga for 1. FC Nürnberg and 1. FC Kaiserslautern, he played in the UEFA Champions League with the latter. Anel Ahmedhodžić (; born 26 March 1999) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Premier League club Sheffield United and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. Felix Olof Allan Nelson Beijmo (born 31 January 1998) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a defender for AGF, on loan from Malmö FF. Club career Youth career Beijmo started out playing for IF Brommapojkarna at age seven, leaving his local club Ängby IF. Nils Ola Toivonen (; born 3 July 1986) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder or forward. After beginning his career in his home town team of Degerfors, he spent time in the top flight for Örgryte before he got signed by Malmö FF before the 2007 season. Having spent two seasons with Malmö, breaking through with 14 league goals in 2008, he joined Eredivisie club PSV Eindhoven in January 2009. Guillermo Federico Molins Palmeiro (; born 26 September 1988) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays for Sarpsborg 08. Beginning his career with Malmö FF in 2006, he has gone on to play professionally in Belgium, Spain, China, Greece, and Norway. Arnór Ingvi Traustason (born 30 April 1993) is an Icelandic professional footballer who plays for Swedish club IFK Norrköping as a midfielder. Carl Oscar Johan Lewicki (, ; born 14 July 1992) is a Swedish footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Allsvenskan club Malmö FF.
