2019–20 Indiana Hoosiers Men's Basketball Team
The 2019–20 Indiana Hoosiers men's basketball team represented Indiana University in the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Their head coach was Archie Miller, his third year as Indiana head coach. The team played its home games at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Indiana, as a member of the Big Ten Conference. The season officially kicked off with the annual event, Hoosier Hysteria, on October 5, 2019. The Hoosiers started off another strong campaign by going 11–1 before dropping back-to-back games in late December 2019 and early January 2020. Archie Miller (basketball)
Ryan Joseph "Archie" Miller (born October 30, 1978) is an American men's college basketball coach for the Rhode Island Rams. Miller played point guard for North Carolina State from 1998 to 2002 and ended his career among the school's leaders in free-throw percentage, three-point field goal percentage, and total three-pointers. From 2011 to 2017, he was the head coach for the University of Dayton and won the conference regular season championship in 2016 and 2017, when he was named the Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year. He left Dayton to be the head coach of the Indiana Hoosiers in 2017, but was relieved of his duties after only four seasons following the conclusion of the 2020-2021 season. 2018–19 Wichita State Shockers Men's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 Wichita State Shockers men's basketball team represented Wichita State University in the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. They played their home games at Charles Koch Arena in Wichita, Kansas and were led by 12th-year head coach Gregg Marshall as members of the American Athletic Conference. Samajae Haynes-Jones and Dexter Dennis have, in total, three notable buzzer-beaters at SMU, UConn and Tulane. This season was the first time not making the NCAA field of 68 since the 2010–11 season. Carmel is a suburban city in Indiana immediately north of Indianapolis. Juwan Christopher Morgan (born April 17, 1997) is an American professional basketball player for the Ontario Clippers of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the Indiana Hoosiers.
