Charmin Smith
Charmin Smith (born May 2, 1975) is an American basketball coach and former player who is the head coach of the California Golden Bears women's team. Early life and collegiate career Charmin Smith was born in St. Louis on May 2, 1975. Her brother, Charles, was her role model for basketball when she was growing up. Upon graduating from Ladue Horton Watkins High School in St. Louis in 1993, Smith attended Stanford University, where she played four years for the Cardinal. A four-year letter winner, Smith helped Stanford win three consecutive Pac-10 championships and make three consecutive Final Four appearances in 1995, 1996, and 1997. Smith averaged 4.7 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.2 assists during her senior year. Smith earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford. UTSA Roadrunners
The UTSA Roadrunners is a collegiate athletic program that represents the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). The UTSA Roadrunners are also commonly referred to as "UTSA", "Roadrunners", "Runners", “The Meep Meeps”, or simply “The Birds”, and are represented by the mascot Rowdy. The origin of Rowdy dates back to 1977, when the Roadrunner was chosen as the university's mascot by student election. Vista Murrieta High School
Vista Murrieta High School (VMHS) is a comprehensive, four-year high school located in Murrieta, California, United States. It is operated by the Murrieta Valley Unified School District. It opened in August 2003, relieving the overcrowding at Murrieta Valley High School, which had been the district's only comprehensive high school until that time. Garces Memorial High School
Garces Memorial High School, commonly shortened to Garces High School, is a Catholic high school in Bakersfield, California. The school offers college prep, honors, and Advanced Placement (AP) courses in many subjects. As a Catholic institution, the high school requires theology classes for all four years. Electives include art, yearbook, intro to broadcasting and many others to choose from. Garces has one of the most successful sports programs in the history of the CIF-Central Section. The Garces sports teams, nicknamed the "Rams," compete in CIF Central Section. Most of the teams are placed in either Division 1 or Division 2.
