Pacific Football Club is a Canadian professional soccer club based in Greater Victoria, British Columbia. The club competes in the Canadian Premier League, playing home matches at Starlight Stadium located in Langford. History On May 5, 2018, "Port City FC" was one of four groups accepted by the Canadian Soccer Association for professional club membership, along with groups that would become Cavalry FC, HFX Wanderers, and York9. Port City was the only one of the four that was not identified with a specific city, and represented an as-of-yet undetermined location in British Columbia. The group was expected to launch a team in either Greater Victoria or Surrey, British Columbia. Former professional player Rob Friend, who grew up in British Columbia, was pictured as a representative of the region. Ryan McCurdy
Ryan McCurdy (born 23 May 1991) is a professional footballer who plays as a centre-back. Club career Kingston FC In 2012, McCurdy signed with Kingston FC in the Canadian Soccer League, and in 2013 featured in the CSL Championship final. Kingston Clippers In 2015 and 2016, McCurdy played for League1 Ontario side Kingston Clippers. In 2016, he made eight appearances for Kingston in league play. AJ Auxerre
Association de la Jeunesse Auxerroise (), commonly known as AJ Auxerre or simply Auxerre (), is a French football club based in the commune of Auxerre in Burgundy. Émile Legault
Émile Legault (born April 10, 2000) is a Canadian soccer player who plays as a defender. Early life Legault was born in Longueuil, Quebec, and grew up in nearby Saint-Lambert. He began playing soccer at age four with local club AS Saint-Lambert. Club career Auxerre Legault moved to France with his mother at age twelve, where he was recruited by the academy of Ligue 2 side AJ Auxerre. Initially a forward, Legault converted first to a central midfielder and then to a full-back while at Auxerre. In 2016, he joined the club's U-17 squad. Vancouver Whitecaps Football Club is a Canadian professional soccer team based in Vancouver. They compete in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member club of the league's Western Conference. The MLS iteration of the club was established on March 18, 2009, and began play in 2011 as the 17th team to enter Major League Soccer while replacing the USSF Division 2 team of the same name in the city, making them a phoenix club and the third to carry the Whitecaps name. J. Kadin Brian Chung (born September 5, 1998) is a Canadian professional soccer player who plays as a full-back for Vancouver FC in the Canadian Premier League. Lukas Michael MacNaughton (born March 8, 1995) is a professional soccer player who plays as a defender for Major League Soccer club Toronto FC.
