Pido Jarencio
Alfredo Lorenzo Mendoza Jarencio (born September 5, 1964) is a Filipino basketball coach and former professional basketball player who is the head coach for the NorthPort Batang Pier of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He was the head coach of the University of Santo Tomas Growling Tigers Senior men's collegiate basketball team of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines from 2006 to 2013. Known as "the Fireman" when he was actively playing in the PBA, he distinguished himself as one of the league's best three-point shooters, especially in clutch situations. Early life Jarencio hails from Sigma, Capiz, where his father, Benedicto Mariveles Jarencio, a civil engineer, ran a construction business. The Araneta Coliseum, also currently known by naming rights sponsorship as Smart Araneta Coliseum, is an indoor multi-purpose arena, sports arena that is part of the Araneta City in the Cubao area of Quezon City, Philippines. Nicknamed as "the Big Dome", it is one of the largest indoor arenas in Asia, and it is also one of the largest clear span domes in the world. Juan Nicholas V. "Nico" Elorde (born 4 October 1991) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the GenSan Warriors of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). Early life Nico is third the son of Johnny Elorde, a boxing promoter in the Philippines and the grandson of Gabriel Elorde. His two older brothers Juan Martin Elorde and Juan Miguel Elorde are both professional boxers. Although their family is well known in the boxing community and he was introduced to boxing by the age of four, instead, Nico chose to play basketball to be different from his brothers' chosen sporting careers. Ryan Araña
Ryan T. Araña (born March 23, 1984) is a Filipino professional basketball player who last played for the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Araña played college basketball at the De La Salle University. He was drafted with the twelfth overall pick in the second round of the 2007 PBA draft by the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, Welcoat Dragons. High school career Araña was born in Tondo, Manila. Bradwyn M. Guinto (born October 20, 1991) is a Filipino-Australian professional basketball player for the Converge FiberXers of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Early life Guinto was born in Bataan but raised in Melbourne, Australia. Ynares Center
The Ynares Center is an indoor sporting arena located along the Circumferential Road in Antipolo, Rizal, Philippines. The facility, which has a seating capacity of 7,400, is managed by the Provincial Government of Rizal.
