2019 Men's NORCECA Volleyball Champions Cup
The 2019 Men's NORCECA Volleyball Champions Cup was the second edition of the tournament, and was held in Colorado Springs, United States from 22 to 24 August 2019. The champions which had not yet qualified to the 2020 Summer Olympics qualified for the 2020 North American Olympic Qualification Tournament. Miguel Ángel López Castro (born 25 March 1997) is a Cuban volleyball player. He is part of the Cuban national team, a participant at the Olympic Games Rio 2016. At the professional club level, he plays for Sada Cruzeiro. Early life Lopez Castro was born in Cienfuegos Province, Cuba, as the youngest of three children of Elcida Juana Castro and Miguel Angel Lopez Martinez. His interest in volleyball began at the age of seven, when he saw footage of former Cuban star Joel Despaigne and his jumping ability.
