2019 LSU Tigers Women's Gymnastics Team
The 2019 LSU Tigers women's gymnastics team will represent Louisiana State University in the 2019 NCAA Division I women's gymnastics season as members of the Southeastern Conference in their 44th season of collegiate competition. The Tigers' home meets will take place at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They will be led by head coach D-D Breaux in her forty-first season at the helm of the program. D-D Breaux
Sara "D-D" Breaux is an American former gymnastics coach. She was the head coach of the LSU Tigers women's gymnastics team. She is regarded as the "Dean of Coaches" at Louisiana State University, having led the gymnastics team from 1978 to 2020. Breaux has an overall record of 800–410–8 () at LSU. She led her teams to thirty-five appearances in the NCAA Championships including one "Four on the Floor" (final four) finish and seven "Super Six" (top six) finishes in 2008, 2009, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018. She captured eighteen NCAA Regional titles with sixteen at LSU in 1978, 1979, 1980, 1986, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Ruby Esther Harrold (born 4 June 1996) is a British artistic gymnast who was a member of the British Olympic team for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Harrold was also a reserve athlete for the 2012 Summer Olympics team. Sarah Finnegan
Sarah Finnegan (born November 14, 1996) is a retired American artistic gymnast and was an alternate for the 2012 Summer Olympics Gymnastics team. She competed for the Louisiana State Lady Tigers at the collegiate level, and was the 2017 and 2019 NCAA champion on uneven bars. She is the older sister of Aleah Finnegan. Christina Lydia Desiderio (born August 22, 2000, in New Jersey) is a retired American artistic gymnast. Desiderio was named to the 2015 U.S. Junior National team, after her performances at the 2015 U.S. National Gymnastics Championships.
