Kaitlyn Verfuerth
Kaitlyn Louise Verfeurth (born 12 August 1985) is a paracanoe athlete. She is a former American people, American wheelchair tennis player who competed in international level events. Verfuerth sustained an L2 incomplete spinal cord injury aged seven when she was involved in a car accident in 1993. She spent 96 days hospitalised in Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee and then two months of bed rest. Verfuerth competed in wheelchair tennis at the 2004, 2008 and 2016 Paralympic Games. She retired after 2016 Paralympic Games due to the travel demand for tennis players. However, she picked up paracanoe in 2017 after meeting United States' paracanoe coach during the 2016 Games. She also competed in paracanoe in the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Paracanoeing at the 2020 Summer Paralympics – Women's KL2, kayak KL2 and Paracanoeing at the 2020 Summer Paralympics – Women's VL2, va'a VL2. Debora Racing cars is a small French car builder, popular with private racing teams, based in Besançon, France. Teams generally use their chassis to take part in Le Mans style endurance racing such as Magny Cours, Jarama and le Mans. Drivers also tend to be French with Bruno Boccard and David Dusseau being two of the more famous. Debora use an LMP Le Mans Prototype type 1 body shell over a mid-engined chassis with open driving seat in the bodywork.
