European Parliament
The European Parliament (EP) is one of the legislative bodies of the European Union and one of its seven institutions. Together with the Council of the European Union (known as the Council and informally as the Council of Ministers), it adopts European legislation, following a proposal by the European Commission. Citizens' Coalition (, MED), officially known as Bourgeois Future (, BF) until 2017, is a right-wing political party in Sweden that was founded in 2014. Alternative For Sweden
Alternative for Sweden ( sv, link=no, Alternativ för Sverige, AfS) is a far right political party in Sweden. It was founded in March 2018. The party was founded by Gustav Kasselstrand and William Hahne. Alternative for Sweden was founded by members of the Sweden Democrat Youth, who were collectively expelled from the Sweden Democrats in 2015. As its primary questions, it advocates forced repatriation of one million immigrants and Swedish withdrawal from the European Union. AfS ran in the general elections of 2018 and 2022, but failed to enter the Riksdag. With 0.25% of the vote, AfS is the second largest party without representation in the Riksdag. In the 2019 European Parliament election in Sweden the party ran on an anti-EU platform, receiving 0.49% of the vote. The Pirate Party ( sv, Piratpartiet) is a political party in Sweden founded in 2006. Its sudden popularity has given rise to parties with the same name and similar goals in Europe and worldwide, forming the International Pirate Party movement. Feminist Initiative ( sv, Feministiskt initiativ; abbreviated FI, Fi, or F!) is a feminist political party in Sweden. The party was formed in 2005 from a pressure group of the same name, and has since taken part in every election to the Riksdag and the European Parliament. The Moderate Party ( sv, Moderata samlingspartiet , ; M), commonly referred to as the Moderates ( ), is a liberal-conservative political party in Sweden. The party generally supports tax cuts, the free market, civil liberties and economic liberalism. Internationally, it is a full member of the International Democrat Union and the European People's Party. The party was founded in 1904 as the General Electoral League (''Allmänna valmansförbundet'' ) by a group of conservatives in the Riksdag, the Swedish parliament. The party was later known as The Right (''Högern'' ; 1938–1952) and Right Wing Party (''Högerpartiet'' ; 1952–1969).
