2018–19 Kategoria E Dytë
The 2018-19 Kategoria e Dytë was the 47th official season of the Albanian football third division since its establishment. There were 27 teams competing this season, split in 2 groups. The winners of the groups played the league's final against each other and also gained promotion to the 2019-20 Kategoria e Parë. The runners-up qualified to the play-off round which they played against the 9th ranked teams in the 2018-19 Kategoria e Parë. Devolli and Tërbuni were promoted to the 2019-20 Kategoria e Parë. Tërbuni won their fourth Kategoria e Dytë title after beating Devolli in the final match. Kategoria E Dytë
Kategoria e Dytë is the third professional level of football in Albania. It was called the ''Second Division'' until 2003. Kategoria e Dytë has two groups, A and B. which are divided geographically. It is made up of 23 teams. The winners of each group earn the right to be promoted to the Kategoria e Parë and they also play a single final for seasonal champions. Teams which finish in the last 2 positions on each group are relegated to the Kategoria e Tretë Kategoria e Tretë is the fourth and lowest professional level of football in Albania. Partizani Tirana B
KF Partizani B is the B team of Albanian football club Partizani. History Partizani reserves (1948–1949) On 3 October 1948, the Albanian Football Association launched a new format for the Albanian Superliga and Albanian First Division as they adopted the western format of an autumn to spring league competition. A reserve team representing Partizani Tirana was created following this announcement, and they competed in 1948–49 Albanian First Division, where they won their first 5 games in a row before the competition was cancelled on 31 March 1949 by the Albanian Football Association due to Soviet pressure to leave the western format and return to the Soviet league format. FC Internacional Tirana is an Albanian football club based in Pezë Helmes, Tiranë. The club was created in August 2014 as a private academy by Ervin Canollari who was the sole investor in the club. They play their home games at their state of the art academy headquarters called the Internacional Complex.
