2018–19 James Madison Dukes Men's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 James Madison Dukes men's basketball team represented James Madison University during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Dukes, led by third-year head coach Louis Rowe, played their home games at the James Madison University Convocation Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia as members of the Colonial Athletic Association. Previous season The Dukes finished the 2017–18 season 10–22, 6–12 in CAA play to finish in a four-way tie for seventh place. They lost in the first round of the CAA tournament to Drexel. Louis Rowe
Louis Rowe (born December 26, 1972) is an American basketball coach who most recently was the head coach of his alma mater, James Madison University, being introduced as the head coach on March 31, 2016. Rowe had been an assistant at James Madison, FIU Florida International University (FIU) is a public research university with its main campus in Miami-Dade County. Founded in 1965, the school opened its doors to students in 1972. FIU has grown to become the third-largest university in Florida ..., and Bowling Green. He played at James Madison from 1993 to 1995 after transferring from Florida. He ranks fifth on James Madison's career scoring average list. Hill College is a public community college in Hillsboro, Texas. The FIU Panthers men's basketball team represents Florida International University in University Park, Florida. The school's team currently competes in Conference USA. They are led by head coach Jeremy Ballard and play their home games at the Ocean Bank Convocation Center. Richard Pitino era On April 15, 2012, Richard Pitino left his position as the associate head coach at the University of Louisville to become the head coach at FIU. Wilbert Tucker Woodson High School, commonly known as W.T. Woodson High School or simply Woodson, is a high school located in Fairfax County, Virginia, in the east end of the city of Fairfax, opposite the shopping center on Main Street.
