2018–19 California Baptist Lancers Men's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 California Baptist Lancers men's basketball team represented California Baptist University during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. They were led by head coach Rick Croy who was in his sixth season at California Baptist. The Lancers played their home games at the CBU Events Center in Riverside, California as members of the Western Athletic Conference. This season was CBU's first of a four-year transition period from Division II to Division I. As a result, the Lancers were not eligible for NCAA postseason play and did not participate in the WAC tournament. They were eligible to play in the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament or College Basketball Invitational. They finished the season 16–15, 7–9 in WAC play to finish in a tie for fifth place. Rick Croy
Richard K. Croy (born July 19, 1977) is an American college basketball coach who is the current head coach of the California Baptist Lancers men's basketball team. Croy has been a basketball coach since 1999 and has held his current position at California Baptist since 2013. Croy grew up in Walnut Creek, California and played college basketball at San Francisco State. He began his basketball coaching career as an assistant at UC Riverside and Concordia University Irvine. His first head coaching position was at the junior college level at Citrus College from 2005 to 2010. Under Croy, Citrus won 130 games, three conference titles, and a California state championship. At California Baptist, Croy led the Lancers to five straight NCAA Division II Tournament appearances from 2014 to 2018 and two Pacific West Conference titles. Sunrise Christian School
Sunrise Christian School is a Pentecostal school located across five campuses in South Australia. It is a member of the Adelaide Christian Schools group of schools. The group comprises Sunrise, Temple Christian College, Sunrise Christian School, Whyalla and Sunrise Bethel Christian School in Port Moresby, PNG. The original campus is located in Fullarton and this location still hosts a campus which serves as the emotional "home" of the Sunrise network. Westlake High School (also known as Westlake High, Westlake, or WHS) is a public high school in the Westlake neighborhood of Thousand Oaks, in Ventura County, California.
