Greek Basketball League System
The Greek basketball league system is a number of interconnected competitions for professional basketball clubs in Greece. The system has a hierarchical format with a promotion and relegation system between competitions at different levels. There are several different competitions in the system. The highest level competitions are the nationwide competitions: the Greek Basket League, the Greek A2 Basket League, the Greek B Basket League, and the Greek C Basket League. Those competitions are followed by the regional level competitions: the A1, the A2, the B, the C, and/or the C1, and the C2 categories. Delroy James
Delroy James (born June 4, 1987) is a Guyanese-born, naturalized American professional basketball player who plays for Real Estelí Baloncesto of the BCL Americas. At a height of 2.03 m (6'8") tall, and a weight of 105 kg (232 lbs.), he can play at the power forward and small forward positions, with power forward being his main position. High school career James only started playing basketball whilst in his sophomore high school year, he left Brooklyn that same year, moving to National Christian Academy (Fort Washington, Maryland). For his junior year he moved to Florida Prep (Lake Suzy, Florida) before again transferring the same year, to Laurinburg Institute. PBC Lokomotiv Kuban (russian: ПБК «Локомотив Кубань») is a Russian professional basketball team based in Krasnodar. The club participates in the VTB United League. The team is one of the top tier basketball teams in Russia. The team's honour list includes a EuroCup championship in the 2012–13 season, and two Russian Cup victories in 1999-00 and 2017–18. Jonas Mačiulis (born 10 February 1985) is a Lithuanian former professional basketball player. Standing at , he mainly plays at the small forward position. As a member of the senior Lithuanian national team, he earned an All-EuroBasket Team selection in 2015, as Lithuania won the silver medal. Early years Mačiulis spent two years competing in the LKAL, the Lithuanian League 2nd Division. He won the 2003 2nd Division title with LKKA-Žalgiris of Kaunas. Howard Powell Sant-Roos Olano (born February 13, 1991) is a Cuban professional basketball player for Casademont Zaragoza of the Liga ACB. Xavier Rathan-Mayes (born April 29, 1994) is a Canadian professional basketball player for Melbourne United of the National Basketball League (NBL). He played college basketball for the Florida State Seminoles. Tyler Evan Roberson (born November 27, 1994) is an American professional basketball player for Gaziantep Basketbol of the Turkish Basketball First League (TBL).
