2018 NC State Wolfpack Football Team
The 2018 NC State Wolfpack football team represented North Carolina State University during the 2018 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Wolfpack played their home games at Carter–Finley Stadium in Raleigh, North Carolina and competed in the Atlantic Division of the Atlantic Coast Conference. They were led by sixth-year head coach Dave Doeren. They finished the season 9–4, 5–3 in ACC play to finish in third place in the Atlantic Division. They received a bid to the Gator Bowl where they were defeated by Texas A&M. 2018 NFL Draft
The 2018 NFL Draft was the 83rd annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible players for the 2018 NFL season. The draft was held on April 26–28 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas; it was the first draft to take place in an NFL stadium and the first to be held in Texas. Jaylen Samuels (born July 20, 1996) is an American football running back who is currently a free agent. He played college football at North Carolina State University. Early years Samuels attended and played high school football at Mallard Creek High School. While there, he played at the safety position. College career Throughout his college career at North Carolina State, Samuels changed positions, being listed as a running back, fullback, wide receiver and tight end.
