2018 Kashima Antlers Season
The 2018 season was Kashima Antlers's 26th consecutive season in the J1 League since professional football was established in Japan in 1993. In addition to the domestic league, the club also competed in the Emperor's Cup, J.League Cup, and AFC Champions League. Go Oiwa
is a former Japanese football player and manager. who is the current head coach of Japan U23. Playing career Oiwa was born in Shizuoka on June 23, 1972. After graduating from University of Tsukuba, he joined Nagoya Grampus Eight in 1995. From first season, he played as center-back with Alexandre Torres for long years. The club won the champions 1995 and 1999 Emperor's Cup. In Asia, the club won the 2nd place 1996–97 Asian Cup Winners' Cup. He moved to Júbilo Iwata in September 2000. The club won the champions 2002 J1 League and the 2nd place 2000–01 Asian Club Championship. In 2003, he moved to rival club Kashima Antlers, biggest rival competed for the champions with Júbilo. Itsuki Oda
is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a full back for club Avispa Fukuoka. Career Itsuki Oda joined J1 League club Kashima Antlers in 2017. On July 12, he debuted in Emperor's Cup (v Montedio Yamagata). Daigo Nishi
is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a right back for J1 League club Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo. Hitoshi Sogahata
is a Japanese former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper for Kashima Antlers and the Japan national team. Club career Sogahata was born in Kashima on August 2, 1979. He joined J1 League club Kashima Antlers based in his local from youth team in 1998. He debuted against Avispa Fukuoka on May 8, 1999 and played several matches until 2000.
