Philippe Chiappe (born 21 November 1963) is a French driver in the Formula 1 Powerboat World Championship, currently competing for the CTIC F1 Shenzhen China Team. Xiangyang is a prefecture-level city in northwestern Hubei province, China and the second largest city in Hubei by population. It was known as Xiangfan from 1950 to 2010.
