2017–18 South Florida Bulls Men's Basketball Team
The 2017–18 South Florida Bulls men's basketball team represents the University of South Florida during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The season marks the 46th basketball season for USF, the fifth as a member of the American Athletic Conference, and the first season under head coach Brian Gregory. The Bulls play their home games at the USF Sun Dome on the university's Tampa, Florida campus. The Bulls finished the season 10–22, 3–15 in AAC play to finish in last place. As the No. 12 seed in the AAC tournament, they lost in the first round to Memphis. Previous season The Bulls finished the 2015–16 season 7–23, 1–17 in AAC play to finish in last place. Brian Gregory
Brian Francis Gregory (born December 15, 1966) is an American college basketball coach who was most recently the head men's basketball coach at South Florida Bulls men's basketball, South Florida. He was previously serving as a consultant to Tom Izzo at Michigan State Spartans men's basketball, Michigan State after being let go as head coach with Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets men's basketball, Georgia Tech. Prior to coaching at Georgia Tech, he was the head coach at Dayton Flyers, Dayton and an assistant coach under Izzo at Michigan State. The George Washington Colonials men's basketball team represents George Washington University in the United States' capital, Washington, D.C. It plays its home games in the Charles E. The Saint Mary's Gaels men's basketball team represents Saint Mary's College in Moraga, California, competing in the West Coast Conference of the NCAA. Malik Jahmal Fitts (born July 4, 1997) is an American professional basketball player for the Ontario Clippers of the NBA G League. He previously played for the Boston Celtics. He played college basketball for the South Florida Bulls and the Saint Mary's Gaels.
