Chito Victolero
Ercito Victolero, known as Chito Victolero (born November 29, 1975) in Santa Maria, Bulacan, is a former Filipino professional basketball player and current coach. He is currently the head coach of the Magnolia Hotshots of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He played in the PBA for the Sta. Lucia Realtors where he was drafted by the Realtors in the second round of the 2002 PBA draft as the 13th overall pick. Early years Victolero first played high school ball for the Sacred Heart Academy in Bulacan and later became a member of the Region III squad in the PRISAA. From there, he made it to the varsity squad and joined the Mapua Cardinals under coach Joel Banal in 1992, a year after MIT had completed back-to-back title conquests in the senior division of the NCAA. Lyceum of the Philippines University ( fil, Pamantasang Liseo ng Pilipinas) also referred to by its acronym LPU is a private, non-sectarian, coeducational higher education institution located at intramuros in the City of Manila, Philippines. Juno Sauler
Marco Januz "Juno" Sauler (born 5 March 1973) is a basketball coach and former basketball player from the Philippines. He was a former head coach of the De La Salle University Green Archers, a collegiate team in the UAAP. Sauler is currently part of coaching staff of the Magnolia Hotshots in the Philippine Basketball Association. Early years and playing career Sauler was born in Baguio on 5 March 1973. His father, Jun, had also played collegiate varsity basketball and is credited with teaching his son the game. Sauler studied in De La Salle Santiago Zobel School from the Preparatory level to High School. In his junior and senior years he played power forward / center in varsity basketball for the Golden Bengals (now known as the Junior Archers) from 1988 to 1990 in the UAAP. Ramon "Mon" Jose is a Filipinos, Filipino basketball coach who serving as one of the three assistant coaches under Chito Victolero of the Magnolia Hotshots in the Philippine Basketball Association, PBA. Education He also played for the De La Salle Green Archers from 1997 to 2000 under Franz Pumaren. Johnny Abarrientos
Johnny Abarrientos (born July 17, 1970) is a Filipino retired professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association. He was also a many-time member of the Philippine National team, and was the 1996 PBA Most Valuable Player, becoming the shortest player to win the league's highest individual award. He is known by many as The Flying A when he started playing for the Alaska Milkmen in 1993. He is currently an assistant coach for the Magnolia Hotshots and the Head Coach for the FEU Tamaraws. Jason Pagaspas Webb (born September 23, 1973) is a Filipino basketball coach and former basketball player. Playing career Webb played collegiate basketball for the De La Salle Green Archers from 1991 to 1995. After college, he played for Stag/Tanduay in the Philippine Basketball League (1995-1997). Webb began his PBA career in 1997 with the Sta. Lucia Realtors. After two seasons, he played for the Tanduay Rhum Masters (1999-2001). Thomas Christopher B. Torres (born October 27, 1994) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the Quezon Huskers of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). He has won two championships in the UAAP for the De La Salle Green Archers. High school career When he was younger, Torres participated in the SBP's Passerelle tournaments. Ateneo Blue Eagles
The Ateneo Blue Eagles are the collegiate varsity teams of the Ateneo de Manila University that play in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP), the premiere collegiate league in the Philippines. The collegiate women's varsity basketball team is called the ''Lady Eagles''. The Ateneo collegiate men's varsity basketball team was not always called the Blue Eagles. It got the name Blue Eagles when Ateneo adopted the ''Eagle'' as its mascot in 1938. Prior to that, from 1914 it was known under different names.
