2017 Women's Super 3s
The 2017 Women's Super 3s, known for sponsorship reasons as the 2017 Toyota Super 3s, was the third Women's Super Series, Women's Super 3s competition that took place in Ireland. It ran from June to August, with 3 teams taking part made up of the best players in Ireland. The teams played 10 matches each, four Limited overs cricket, 50 over matches and six Twenty20s. Scorchers (women's cricket), Scorchers won the competition, winning their second title. Competition format The three teams played ten matches each in a league system. Each team played the other two sides twice in a Limited overs cricket, 50 over match and three times in a Twenty20 match, with all matches contributing to a unified table. Cricket Ireland

Mary Waldron
Mary Veronica Waldron (born 5 May 1984) is an Irish association football player and cricketer who has represented both the Republic of Ireland women's national football team and the Ireland women's cricket team. She has also stood as an umpire in cricket matches. Football Club career Waldron was nominated for the FAI Under–18 Women Player of the Year in 2001 and 2002, while playing for St James's Gate. Laura Katherine Delany (born 23 December 1992) is an Irish cricketer who currently captains Typhoons and Ireland. She is a right-handed batter and right-arm medium pace bowler. Delany made her debut for Ireland in a Women's One-Day International (WODI) against New Zealand at Kibworth Cricket Club New Ground in July 2010.
