This was the 17th Pepe Reyes Cup and was played by Lincoln Red Imps, runners-up of the 2016–17 Gibraltar Premier Division and the 2017 Rock Cup, and Europa, winners of the 2016–17 Gibraltar Premier Division and the 2017 Rock Cup. They play in the Gibraltar National League, and share Victoria Stadium with all other clubs in the territory. Andre Tjay De Barr (born 13 March 2000) is a Gibraltarian footballer who plays for League One side Wycombe Wanderers and the Gibraltar national football team as a forward. Club career De Barr came through the youth system at Lincoln Red Imps, and in early 2015 had a trial at Peterborough United. Primarily a left-back, he can also play anywhere along the left flank and has often been utilised as a winger in a front three.
