The 2017 F4 Danish Championship season was the first season of the F4 Danish Championship. The season began at Jyllandsringen FDM Jyllands-Ringen is a motor racing circuit in Resenbro, near Silkeborg in Denmark. The circuit was extended from to in 2003, by linking the track to an adjacent oval circuit. F4 Danish Championship
F4 Danish Championship is a Denmark, Danish motor racing series for open-wheel cars complying with Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, FIA Formula 4 regulations. The inaugural championship was contested in 2017 F4 Danish Championship, 2017. History In September 2016, the Dansk Automobil Sports Union (DASU) announced that it would introduce the FIA Formula 4 category in Denmark. This was followed on 6 November 2016 by the official launch of the F4 Danish Championship. Danish F4 cars were to use the French Mygale chassis and the 2.0-litre Renault engine. The series will comprise seven rounds, supporting the Danish Thundersport Championship, Danish Endurance Championship and Danish Supertourisme Turbo at their events. F4 cars will share the track with the F5 cars (previously called Formula Ford), but will receive separate classifications. Pederstrup
Pederstrup is a historic manor house located north of Nakskov on the Danish island of Lolland. The half-timbered building from 1686 was rebuilt from 1813 to 1822 in the Neoclassical architecture, Neoclassical style by the statesman Christian Ditlev Frederik Reventlow. Since 1940, it has housed the Reventlow Museum. History Pederstrup was first mentioned in the 1340s when the estate belonged to Rigsdrost Laurits Jonsen. A vaulted cellar from the mid-16th century is the oldest remaining part of the building which then served as the residence of the king's vassal. In 1576, King Frederick II of Denmark, Frederick II sold the property to the Venstermand family.
