2016–17 Lipscomb Bisons Women's Basketball Team
The 2016–17 Lipscomb Bisons women's basketball team represented Lipscomb University in the 2016–17 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Bisons, led by fifth year head coach Greg Brown, played their home games at Allen Arena and were members of the Atlantic Sun Conference. They finished the season 6–24, 3–11 in A-Sun play to finish in a tie for sixth place. They lost in the quarterfinals of A-Sun Tournament to Jacksonville. Media All home games and conference road will be shown on ESPN3 or A-Sun. TV. Non conference road games will typically be available on the opponents website. Allen Arena
Allen Arena is an List of indoor arenas, indoor arena at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. The arena was named in honor of James C. and Linda Allen, the facility's primary benefactors. James Allen is a member of the board of trustees for the university and worked for the university at one time. Stearns is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in McCreary County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 1,365 at the 2020 census. It was founded by Justus Smith Stearns. Geography Stearns is located in south-central McCreary County at (36.697976, -84.476776). Greenwood is a city in Johnson County, Indiana, United States. The population was 63,830 at the 2020 Census. Greenwood is located between Indiana State Road 37 and Interstate 65. The city shares a border with Indianapolis and is the most populous suburban municipality in the southern portion of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area. Georgia Highlands College (Georgia Highlands or GHC) is a public college in northwest Georgia.
