2016–17 Idaho Vandals Women's Basketball Team
The 2016–17 Idaho Vandals women's basketball team represented the University of Idaho during the 2016–17 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Vandals, led by ninth year head coach Jon Newlee, played their home games at the Cowan Spectrum with early season games at Memorial Gym, and were members of the Big Sky Conference. They finished the season 19–15, 11–7 in Big Sky play to finish in fifth place. They advanced to the quarterfinals of the Big Sky women's tournament where they lost to Eastern Washington. They were invited to the Women's Basketball Invitational where defeated Utah State in the first round, Eastern Washington in the quarterfinals before losing in the semifinals to Rice. Jon Newlee
Jon Patrick Newlee (born February 26, 1959) was the head women's basketball coach at the Idaho Vandals women's basketball, University of Idaho. He previously served for six years as the head women's basketball coach at Idaho State Bengals, Idaho State University. Early life Son of Chaffey College, Chaffey Community College basketball coach Barney Newlee, Jon Newlee was born and raised in Rialto, California. At Eisenhower High School (Rialto, California), Eisenhower High School in Rialto, Newlee played basketball and tennis; among his basketball teammates was future NFL Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott. Newlee then attended Chaffey Community College and played two years of basketball before transferring to San Diego State University in 1979. Boise High School

2016-17 NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Rankings
16-17 is a band from Basel, Switzerland. Their music combines punk rock, hardcore punk, jazz and industrial music. Biography 16-17 was founded in 1983 by Alex Buess, Knut Remond and Markus Kneubühler. When the group played its first concerts in 1983 it was received with controversial reactions: there where hardly any groups that played in an approximately similar style. Only some years later around 1986 groups like Painkiller, Last Exit or The Flying Luttenbachers appeared . They played a similar mix of rough noise, heavily amplified instruments and free jazz inspired improvisation. 1983 to 1994 the group did a lot of tours and played many gigs all over Europe, Japan and USA. Mead High School
Mead High School (also Mead Senior High School, MHS) is a four-year public secondary school in Spokane, Washington, United States.
