The 2016–17 Algerian Cup was the 53rd edition of the Algerian Cup. The eventual winners were CR Belouizdad who qualified for the 2018 CAF Confederation Cup. CR Belouizdad
Chabab Riadhi de Belouizdad S.s.p.a (Classical Arabic: الشّباب الرّياضيّ لبلوزداد, English Translation: Sporting Club of Belouizdad), known as ''Chabab Belouizdad'' or ''CR Belouizdad'' or simply ''CRB'' for short, is an Algerian association football club based in Algiers, Algeria, that plays in the Ligue Professionnelle 1, the top flight of Algerian football. Ghislain Guessan (born 15 September 1992) is an Ivorian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Al-Minaa in Iraq Division One. Club career RC Arbaâ Guessan joined RC Arbaâ in 2014 on a three-year contract. In his first season he played 12 games and scored a single goal against JS Saoura in a 2–1 win and reached the cup final but did not participate. Amir Sayoud ( ar, أمير سعيود; born 30 September 1990) is an Algerian professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Saudi Professional League club Al-Tai. Career Youth career Born in Guelma, Sayoud began his career in 2002 in the youth ranks of local club Nasr El Fedjoudj. He then played for Rapid de Guelma and ES Guelma before moving to ES Sétif. The term "behind closed doors" is used in several sports, to describe matches played where spectators are not allowed in the stadium to watch.
