2016 UEFA European Under-19 Championship Qualification
The 2016 UEFA European Under-19 Championship qualification was a men's under-19 football competition organised by UEFA to determine the seven national teams joining the automatically qualified hosts Germany in the 2016 UEFA European Under-19 Championship final tournament. A total of 53 national teams entered this qualifying competition, which was played in two rounds between September 2015 and March 2016. Players born on or after 1 January 1997 were eligible to participate. Format The qualifying competition consisted of two rounds: *Qualifying round: Apart from Spain, which received a bye to the elite round as the team with the highest seeding coefficient, the remaining 52 teams were drawn into 13 groups of four teams. Ivan Šaponjić (Serbian Cyrillic alphabet, Serbian Cyrillic: Иван Шапоњић; born 2 August 1997) is a Serbian professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Forward (association football)#Striker, striker for ŠK Slovan Bratislava, Slovan Bratislava in the Slovak Super Liga, Niké Liga. 2013 UEFA European Under-19 Championship
The 2013 UEFA European Under-19 Championship was the 12th edition of the UEFA European Under-19 Championship, since its reclassification from an under-18 tournament in 2002, and the 62nd since the tournament was created in 1948. It was hosted in Lithuania from 20 July to 1 August 2013, in three cities. Only players born after 1 January 1994 were eligible to participate. The qualification matches began in September 2012 and concluded in June 2013, with seven teams joining the Lithuanian hosts in the final tournament. Spain were the two-time defending champions, after defeating Greece in the final of the previous edition, but were eliminated by France in the semi-finals. Markets Field is a stadium in Garryowen, Limerick, Ireland. It has been redeveloped since 5 June 2015 when it hosted a soccer match between Limerick F.C., Limerick FC and Drogheda United F.C., Drogheda United in the League of Ireland Premier Division. Ruben Alexander Michael Sammut (born 26 September 1997) is a former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He currently works at Charlton Athletic. The 2014 UEFA European Under-19 Championship elite round was the second round of qualification for the 2014 UEFA European Under-19 Championship final tournament.
