2016 Arizona Cardinals Season
The 2016 season was the Arizona Cardinals' 97th in the National Football League, their 118th overall, their 29th in Arizona, their 11th at University of Phoenix Stadium and their fourth under head coach Bruce Arians. In free agency, they signed veteran defensive back Tyvon Branch and veteran lineman Evan Mathis, while re-signing several key players. They traded for Chandler Jones from the New England Patriots, sending Jonathan Cooper and a late second-round pick to New England. The Cardinals came into the 2016 season with expectations of improving on their 2015 campaign and reaching the Super Bowl. Tyvon A. Branch (born December 11, 1986) is a former American football safety. He was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the fourth round (100th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft and has also played for the Kansas City Chiefs and Arizona Cardinals. Jaron Brown
Jaron Brown (born January 8, 1990) is an American football wide receiver who is a free agent. He played college football for Clemson. He was signed by the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in 2013. High school career Brown attended Cheraw High School in Cheraw, South Carolina. He helped lead the Cheraw Braves to state titles both as a junior and senior. As a senior, he accumulated 31 catches for 516 yards and 16 touchdowns, being named all-state, all-area, and all-region. Playing defensive back as well, Brown had 100 tackles and four interceptions in his senior year. The 2016 World Series was the championship series of Major League Baseball's (MLB) 2016 season. List Of NFL Tied Games
In the National Football League (NFL), a tied game occurs when a regular season game ends with both teams having an equal score after one ten minute overtime period. Ties have counted as a half-win and half-loss in league standings since 1972; before that, ties were not counted in the standings at all. NFL teams rarely play for ties. Carson Palmer
Carson Hilton Palmer (born December 27, 1979) is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 15 seasons, primarily with the Cincinnati Bengals and Arizona Cardinals. He played college football at USC where he won the Heisman Trophy in 2002 as a senior. Palmer was chosen by the Cincinnati Bengals first overall in the 2003 NFL Draft, and played eight seasons with the team. Jonathan Javell Cooper (born January 19, 1990) is a former American football guard. He was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals seventh overall in the 2013 NFL Draft. He played college football at North Carolina, where he earned All-American honors. He also spent time with the New England Patriots, Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers, Washington Redskins, and Oakland Raiders.
